NP Preceptorship Program Aeris Medical Group offers NP preceptorships on a by-application basis, one semester at a time. We hand-select a small number of students each cycle — those who are genuinely interested in practicing in nursing home and long-term care settings and who we believe could be a fit for our team after graduation. This is not a placement for everyone, and that is by design. Who We're Looking For We are looking for third-year NP students who want more than a
